Theodore Payne is the 'go to' place for native plants and Lili Singer is their resident expert. Here is a chance to hear her explain how to take out your turf and offer alternatives for the space -- specifically low-care native plants that need no fertilizer and use a fraction of the water required for turf. Lili is a horticulturist and garden writer and TPF's special projects coordinator.
