Capably tended by Kathyrn Kocarnik, whose salary is funded by a grant from the Garden School Foundation, the school garden has truly become a place of learning, where the new Common Core standards are woven into the lessons of the garden, and even making a recipe can be a teachable moment.
The Garden is also tended by dedicated parent volunteers, who help making weeding fun for the kids and keep the garden running smoothly year-round.

The garden is also on the Wildside School Garden Tour.
