The homeowners inherited a labor of love from the previous owner and are committed to keeping the vision of a sustainable garden alive. As environmentally oriented horticulturists and Biodynamic urban farmers, they are very concerned about the health of the soil. They spent considerable time addressing soil remediation issues and the plantings were, for this reason, delayed.
This "work in progress" garden is part of a cluster of 9 homes on Cabrillo, Stewart, Brooklake and Appleton. Its previous incarnation was in the 2010 and 2011 Green Garden Showcases. Come see how it's changed.
