This garden is a work in progress. It began with the homeowners' decision to remove all the grass and replace it with native plants, plants attractive to bees, butterflies and hummingbirds, and favorite flowering plants. They wanted a garden with an air of openess, where they could easily try new things. Their goal was to create a garden pleasing to the eye, practical, and relatively low maintence.

They added a drip system to help conserve water and will be encorporating mulch as well. They say, "Our garden is a bit of a crazy quilt but removing the grass was the way to go." Come and learn why.
